Economic Effect Of Virtual Reality

Virtual reality is not only the innovation in technology. It also results to the economic effect like stock price, investment and some total new jobs and opportunities. Goldman Sachs forecasts the market of VR will be over than 182 billion dollars in 2025 and it will be out of the Niche market and be one of the biggest high-tech product market.

  New Opportunities

VR market will bring some totally new jobs like VR developers, VR designers and VR data analyst. VR developers are people who design the VR product. They are part of engineers and know how VR works. VR designers are people who work in film industry. Now VR movies are hot topics in the world. VR designers can redesign the pictures and videos as virtual reality and bring customers a better watching movies experience. VR will be used in many industries in the future. VR data analysts can analysis data about the benefits, sales and any data from VR and provide a good suggest for the companies who consider to use VR.

   VR And Investment

“Although it is still in the nascent stage, virtual reality is one of the hottest areas of technology growth and innovation, with a potential impact in many sectors. As VR’s use evolves from gaming and entertainment, it can be disruptive for sectors such as real estate, where customers can get a virtual tour a house while sitting in even a different country. Many companies are also looking to VR to shore up their bottom lines. One of the best ways to build wealth is to invest in fast moving trends, and VR fits this description. When Facebook purchased VR player Oculus for 2 billion in 2014, it trusted its foresight and was prepared to wait for the sector to completely take off. Now just two years later, Facebook, along with HTC and Sony plan to sell more than 2 million VR Tethered Head Mounted Displays, which can be used with a game console or personal computer. And also VR will account for hardware revenue of up to 2.3 billion dollars this year with the adoption of the technology expected to see explosive growth by 2020, according to the first worldwide forecast for the sector from international data corp. although the total number of shipped headsets is expected at 9.6 million units this year, this number is expected to be 110 million units by 2020”.( Siddhi Bajaj(May 23, 2016)     5 Best Stocks to Invest in the Growth of Virtual-Reality Technology). So I suggest to invest the VR company right now and plan to long-term invest. Because VR industry is not mature now, but it could grow faster and faster in the
future.
